You mean you do not have VIDEO on your laptop screen?...If so, check and see if you can get video on the VIDEO OUT. What you do is connect your laptop from the VIDEO OUT to a regular CRT or LCD computer monitor... If you still have no video, that means that the onboard video is damaged.
NOTE: Make sure that when you connect your laptop to the monitor, you choose the option to use the CRT/LCD display. On most laptops, you can do this by holding the function key and one of the function command...
You kidding? NO, it's not simple to install video cards on laptops. What you can do is REPLACE the motherboard, which will cost around $50-$200, depending on what make and model of laptop you have and if you get it used or new.
