Re: i need help!!!

It doesnt sounds like your device is fixeable...most likely you will have to buy another player...the reason you need to buy a new player is because you are not going to be able to see the screen to do a manual reset....therefore no troubleshooting is available for you device...

Can't get songs to play, can't add songs

I plug mine into the usb port . then i open the file where the folder says music. in the music folder i remove or delete files from it. then i add copies of new ones. that's the only way i can add music to mine because mine won't form at it with the converter. the converter says its the wrong format.but this way works fine for me. the copes i add are mp3 media player or quick time

San Disk Sansa c150 Trying to erase all songs

To delete songs from your device follow the steps below
You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music and delete them from there.
Either under sync panel in your windows media player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete.
To format it..on your device..go, setting and there should be a format option option there..let me know if that doenst work for you...
Hope this helps

P.S.Please rate accordingly...
Thank You

Sansa c150 Problem

It sounds like you may have some other removeable storage in your computer...try to rename all removeavble disk to something else...they would be listed under my computer...then you want to clear the history and caches under windows media clicking on tools, options....go under privacy..clear the history and caches..hit ok..and plug your device to a 2.0 usb ports...that should solve the problems you are having..if that doesnt work uninstall your device from the device manager and reinstall it back again...
