Canon 4570dn squeals loudly when drawing from MP Tray

Hi
It sound like friction noises. it could be because of the rollers and lubrictaion on gears that got hard creating the noise and also produce strain on the feed motor . I would sugest a good service on all mechanical parts.

Canon Imageclass D661 printer is making a squeeky noise when printing. Sounds like whatever is turning is squeaking. Any suggestions?

How old or how much use does this machine get? The older/more use it gets, the more likely it is to start making random noises and squeaks. It could be a lose belt or just need some lubrication, but it's hard telling where exactly it would need the maintenance. As long as it's printing and copying fine, I wouldn't worry too much about it since it doesn't sound detrimental.

Hope this helps!

My hp 3500 is making a sqeaky noise before it prints. the page comes our beautifully but the noise is disturbing.

I have found these printers to be noisy at the best of times, but bad cartridges can add another level of noise to things. Squeaky cartridges are not uncommon, particularily if they are remanufactured cartridges and not orignal HP products.

Toilet drains to a certain level every half hour then refills with a sqeaky noise, when flused it makes a very loud sqeaky noise.

May need to replace toilet flapper or entire flush valve. water is getting from the tank into the toilet which is causing this to happen.

Sqeaky fan rotation

Try oiling the pull bearings. If you can determine that the noise is in the motor, try nelsonappliance.com. They have replacement motors for your fan for less than $20.

Canon PIXMA 530 grinds away

I had a persistant grinding noise about 30 seconds after the printer finished printing. It's been going on about 2 months. I did one thing which seemed to work. So try opening the cover on the back of the machine by lifting upward on the gray lever in the middle of the back of the machine. Leave this cover open during and after printing. The grinding noise went away.

Good to excellent chance that by not using the ink jet for "years" that they are hopelessly clogged. You can try the cleaning procedure but I'd bet that your lack of use has ruined the ink jet portion.

I had this happen to me and went through (and wasted) a lot of time and money cleaning the printer and trying to get ink to come through.

On the bright side You have a lovely scanner. Time to go buy a printer. Sorry but I think your "printing in years" is probably a self imposed problem created by lack of use. Ink's pesky and clogs if it's not spit through at regular interfals.

Can't print

It flashes orange for a few seconds, and then back to green, and then back to orange every few seconds. I can't shut it off unless I unplug it. It also makes a horrible racket.
