Have new AMILO DESKTOP P 3415, Can you explain the 6 3.5mm sockets on the rear. They are all colour coded, but with no explanation as to which is which . Ta
The 6 3.5mm sockets are for the built-in soundcard of the motherboard, which also means that your desktop computer supports HD sound output. For example, if you have 5.1 speakers with 3.5mm jack, you can connect it to your desktop. Each time you plug a speaker the driver software will prompt you what type of speakers you plugged in. And if you only have stereo speaker or using headset just plug it on the green socket, and the mic goes to the pink socket. Hope this may have somehow helped you
