The 6 3.5mm sockets are for the built-in soundcard of the motherboard, which also means that your desktop computer supports HD sound output. For example, if you have 5.1 speakers with 3.5mm jack, you can connect it to your desktop. Each time you plug a speaker the driver software will prompt you what type of speakers you plugged in. And if you only have stereo speaker or using headset just plug it on the green socket, and the mic goes to the pink socket. Hope this may have somehow helped you

Where i can buy, power socket for my amilo pro v2010?

Just one example,

http://www.laptopjacks.com/view_part/For-Fujitsu-Amilo-Pro-V2010-DC-Power-Jack-FJ41420.html

The power socket in the laptop that the AC adapter (Charger) plugs into is a DC Power Jack.

Type Amilio Pro V2010 DC Power Jack in your browser search bar, press the Enter key.

Speakers don't work.

Look at the rear of the computer.
There will be different coloured jack plug sockets.
The speaker out is green and the mic. in is pink.
There may be other colours, these are for multi speaker (3.1 5.1 +) setups.
Your manual should give you a diagram

We lost the instructions for our Insignia speakers (2) and are unsure of how to install for our desktop PC.

It's not "rocket-science".

The green-coloured plug goes into the green-coloured socket on the back of your PC.

Plug the AC power-adapter to a wall-socket (or socket on a power-bar).

Use the ON/OFF switch, and adjust the volume.

Amilo m1451g the power socket gets very hot

Of all laptops I have dismantled I have found the power socket on the motherboard, although I have not yet dismantled a Fujitsu Amilo.
To get at the power socket, it requires dismantling the laptop completely.
