Coby mp3 mpc7095 wont turn on

I work for Coby technical support. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-727-3592.

Thanks for using FixYa.

If the unit is no longer turning on after being adequately charged, unfortunately, it needs to be replaced. The unit can not be fixed. The warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. The only option available to you through the manufacturer would be an out of warranty replacement for $31.

If you feel this solution doesn't deserve a good rating, please let me know why so that I may better assist you. If there is anything more I can do to help, I will!

My mp3 on my pantch matrix wont play the music from the external

I had the same problem. I put music on my SD card, and whenever I tried to play it, my phone would reset. I looked through the files, and found that the songs i had bought on iTunes were all in MP4 format. I downloaded the 4media mp4 to mp3 converter, and converted the files. When I put the card back into my phone, the music player worked perfectly!

Note: MP4 files DO NOT have question marks beside them in the phone. The only way you can tell is to highlight the files on a computer. Hope this was a help!!

download itunes. plug in ipod. wait for it to load. then RESTORE it to factory setting, when prompted, enter your name and uncheck the automatically sync.....AND update. itunes is what you use to put music on your ipod. if your songs haven't already started to move over to itunes....click file, then add folder, and pick the folder that your music is in (usually MY MUSIC) if they are already mp3 format you wont have long to wait, but if they are not, you will need to wait for the songs to convert. once converted, you just simply choose your songs and drag them to your ipod. How do I reset or clear all my music files on my Sansa m240?

connect your M240 to your computer via the usb, go to My Computer and you should see it listed there as M240. Double click to open and delete the files you want to remove.

Or you can use windows media player .. by going to FILE, OPEN and choose the M240 (will located under My Computer).

SanDisk Sansa E260: How do I reset the WHOLE thing?

Plug into your computer, click on the driver letter it represents, and empty all folders it displays. Don't delete the folders just delete the contents in each one.

Deleting Songs

You can delete them from yahoo music jukebox, you click on the rca 100 in the left menu bar and when the songs come up right click on the songs you don't want and it will say play, delete, etc. click on delete and it will delete it from your player.

I cant even delete my music or put new music on...

Instead of deleting the songs you may need to format.

If you haven't tryed this follow these simple steps.

To format your device first click on "Start" then click on "My Computer" now look for your mp3 player, if it hasn't been change the names usually called "Removable Disk", once you've found that right-click on it then click on "Format".

Now you've formatted put songs on then try your mp3 player to see if the problems be fixed.

Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful.
