When i am printing it make a wierd clicking noise, i have replaced the ink in it, and it still won't print properly, it only prints 1/2 lines. I have cleaned the cartridge. Please help

Sounds like something is rubbing somewhere that shouldn't be, so if it continues there is certainly some damage being done. The vacuum suction can sometimes make terrible noise, esp. on rc-papers like Premium Luster et al.
Try to lower "Paper Suction" in the print driver.

Noise when beginning to print or copy

Mine always makes noise too, I don't know why. But I know that it's a lot noisier when paper quality is set for draft, so you might want to check that.
If you just go into the printer properties, under the tab that's something like Paper/Quality. There will be a drop-down list where you can choose the quality of your print out, i.e. Best, Normal, Draft or FastDraft. If it's set for Draft, you might want to change it to Normal. Draft uses less ink, but it also doesn't come out quite as clear, and is very loud.

Our Dell 3100CN pcl6 still prints, but it makes a grinding noise.

I had the same problem, tried to use the MFP tray, got jam, couldnt't close the rear door and used appropriate force... terrible noise with every print thereafter.
I fiddled with the roller at the back of the MFP tray. It didn't want to move much but after rotating it ~ 45 degrees back and forth it was in a more loose position. That seems to have solved it, no more noise!
