Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
There was another solution that I found for this problem on another web site. Use a two prong adapter. It solved the problem for me.

Make sure the output frequencies set by your PS3 are supported by your TV. Check it's technical specifications for it's speakers supported frequencies and make sure your PS3 only puts out those that are supported.
Otherwise the speakers of your TV can get damaged.
