Question about Black & Decker HS2000 Flavor Scenter 7-Cup Rice Cooker
you put the rice inside and just add water the same place where the rice is.
just remember that the ratio for rice is 1:1.
1 cup water = 1 cup rice. make sure you use the same cup.
for brown rice 1:2. 1 rice: 2 water
hope this helps
