my ipod get hanged while playing song how can i solve this problem

chances are you will have a corrupt file in there somewhere. i had the same problem when it stops it will show what song it is stuck in the progress bar if you no wat i mean? delete that song and start again

you will need to put the phone in DFU mode.
here is the steps.

Hold the Home Button down for 5 second (do not release it)
Then Press and hold the Power Button for approx 10 secs (count them out)
Your iPod will reboot.
Release the power button and continue holding the Home button for an additional 27secs.
You may see the screen go blank or not.
Plug the USB end into the computer with itunes open.
Your ipod will mount in recovery mode.
Restore it and Your all set.

if you have a version of iphone firmware you want to restore to on your computer already, when you hit the restore button in itunes, press SHIFT on your keyboard and it will let you choose a file.

if your ipod is hanging just press the menu and the center button at the same time for about 10 sec and it should reset the ipod.hope thi one helps!

have you tried holding down, the menu and center key for 30 seconds. and also go to apple's website, they have a pretty good guide on unfreezing iPods.
