Question about Panasonic VIERA TH-65PV500 65 in. Plasma Television
I've had this wonderful TV now since April 2009 and have had absolutely no problems until about a week ago. Firstly it would take 4-5 attempts to turn on after switching on and off. Now it wont turn on at all resulting in 10 red flashing lights. Having going from a 46" 1080p to a 28" basic daewoo TV is absolutely killing me! I'm guessing as the new TV is only 6 or so months old it's still under manufacturers warranty and providing I have the reciept I could have the TV repaired or even better replaced?
Yes, the unit has a problem. I work for Panasonic in New Zealand and the unit needs to go in for servicing. 10 flashing lights means a fault has occurred (if I was at work I could tell you what 10 flashing lights means).it should be repairable.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
