Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I get this error when trying to scan. "You need to install or run HP software for this feature."
HP have released a couple of updates to coorect communications and scanning problems for the vista version of your printer, you can download and run the drivers or alternatively and probably more correctly you should uninstall the old drivers then download and install the latest driver
