Won't oppen !n May 2009 i purchased a SentrySafe Model no. MSW3515, Serial No. BF503906 from Wall Mart Cullman, AL35179 Today it refuses to open with either user code or factory code. I have replaced the batteries with new . It still refuses to open. I have followed all instructions in the owners manual with no results Please send me a way to open this Safe. Locksmith recommend that all you might need is a new Sentry Safe battery pack to hold the batteries. As these sometimes short out from leaking batteries

There is no such thing as a 'Default Code'. Each one leaves the factory with a different code and instructions how to change the code to one of your own.
A locksmith can get in using a rare earth puck magnet to pull the electronic bolt. Or if you jump through some hoops, SentrySafe will send you a new key. Keeping the key INSIDE the safe is nuts.

Sentry will make you jump through a few hoops, but they will tell you the combination when it left the factory. It is possible that your parents may have changed it, although most don't.

I have a sentry safe 1250 .83 cubic and I have the key I was using the safe for awhile without the combination and just the key but now the key wont work and someone messed with the combination part which I dont know the combination i dont know what to do and I dont wanna trash this safe
