Hello: click your start button in windows and then click on computer, your computer should show all avaiable drives on the computer. Look under Devices with removable storage, windows assigns these drive letters to your reader as if they were physical drives. Also make sure you are incerting the card into the right port. If the computer is refurbished then you might try opening the case and make sure when they refurbished the unit they did not forget to reconnect the cable for the reader to the motherboard. Also check HP's solution center for the latest avaible drivers.

I find that I cannot navigate the program. I went from a concord that you chose your book, typed in the topic and then printed it. This edition is so complicated that I find that I am at a loss before I get started. It would be helpful to me, if there was a more explanatory manual. Patrice triciawhit@sbcglobal.net

I recently decided to try to upgrade my HP Slimline S3500t, 64 bit vista home computer's video card, but as i was researching it I found out that i needed to not only upgrade the video card but through upgrading the video card it would need a new power supply because of the low voltage on the stock one, so my question is if you could possibly give me the best low profile video card that i could put in it and a power supply to go along with it, links of course the power supply can be mounted on the outside of my case, but i would prefer it to be inside. Thanks
