I had a virus and since then my computer takes forever to get to my desk top. Also when I play music it either freezes or drags. please help thanks.

That can result from a virus attack. The viruses are capable of filling up your memory and makes computer operations very slow and eventually freeze. Or it can be a result of a failing hard drive. I suggest that you install an antivirus software, update it and run a full system scan. Restart your computer

I have the same problem when I try and copy tunes from my Mac. If you go into the archos file you can see them but cannot play them. How did you solve it?

well u can drag ur file from limewire onto the desk top and open up ur window for ur mp3 player and drag it to ur music file on ur mp3....ore u can transfer your files to another player such as windows media player and syc it with your mp3 player to auto transfer your music files into your mp3 player. but make sure its in mp3 format or it will not play the music file, the file will show up hidden.

Try closing all background programs like internet browsers, p2p networks, active anti virus software or anything that could possibly interfere with the software. It also maybe is your video card over heating, try lowering the graphic settings to minimum and see if it still freezes.

Yes. You will only be able to transfer data files though (music, documents, program data files). That is, you cannot transfer programs themselves unless you have the original executable install file. I assume this is a USB stick? First plug it into your PC and ensure you can "see it". If not you may need to format it. If you can see it, transfer the files you want to it until it is full.
