---------------------------------- HOW TO INSTALL A DRIVER FORCEFULLY ---------------------------------- 1. Look for the icon named "Computer" or "My Computer" and right click on it and select properties, this will open a window named "System Properties". 2. In the system properties windows click on the tab named "Hardware", and Select "Device Manager". 3. On this window you will see all the devices installed on your computer, look for the device not working properly (printer, dvd rom, keyboard, camera, mp3 player, etc), if there is a bigger problem, more likely you will see a cross by it, or an alert stating there is an issue with it. 4. Right click on the device you where having problems with and select uninstall, it will give you a confirmation, press OK 5. Once the device disappeared from the list, click on the menu bar icon that looks like a computer with a magnifying glass this will cause for the system to scan for any devices not registered and will force the re installation of the device. Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

My downloaded book saved in the Music Library; genre:fiction. It will play but I can't set a bookmark. When I try the counter says 00:00:00 even if it's been running. I haven't used the ZenVPLUS for about 2 years so I can't remember. But isn't there a "place" for books in the menu?

I had't used my Zen V 2GB for a year and recharged it - it showed itself charging up for a while but then it went dead and won't recharge or work through the mains. Is the battery dead due to lack of use? can i do anything about this?

My Zen V Plus switches from music to record by itself. I can't get it to stay in music mode for more than 2 or 3 seconds. I have tried resetting it. I tried a reboot. But, when I get to reboot and push the play button to reboot it, it doesn't do anything.
