The screen looks out of focus and the top and botton bend inward.

Remove front bottom panel behind it is a small black control box top controls are focus controls for R/G/B and Bottom 3 controls are your screen drives adjust one at a time turn off G/B adjust red first,then Do Green and Blue fter adjusting focu to each tube leave them set then adjust screen drive turn color off adjust RGB for a Black and white picture get as close as you can then turn color back If after doing this you still have blurry looking picture look down into Tubes you should be able to see picture clearly in each one if you cannot see picture then projection Fluid need to be changed out.
