Question about Cameras

Open Question

Hmmm...seems like the Casio may be a little fragile

I was trying to shoot video while holding two beers on one hand and the camera overhead in the other. It slipped hit the floor. When I turned it off, it wouldn't retract completely and the lens doesn't move but a fraction of an inch.
Guess I'll take it to the repair place and see if they can repair it for less than the cost of a new one. It was such a cool camera too.

SOURCE: KODAK M753 LENSE ERROR 122,1,0,0

I had this problem too, my camera just randomly stopped working and shut off. When I tried to turn it on again it said the whole 'lens error' bit and then shut of. The lens looked a bit crocked so I just gently tried to straighten it out and ta-da! Good as new!

SOURCE: Canon S80 lens won't retract

I have the same camera and had this problems today. My son solved the problem for me. He put his thumbs on each side of the lens and pressed inwards causing the lens to pop out. Since then, I have been able to close and open the lens repeatedly without any problem. Hope this works for you. Good Luck!

SOURCE: Casio Exilim EX-Z60 won't turn on

This happened to me too, fiddle with the lens as its obviously stuck. Don't be too rough but try to figure out if it is slightly bent.

You will only be able to this if the lens is sticking out a little, enough to get a grip.

Good luck

It it in normal shooting mode? The hand means the shutter speed is too slow to hand hold the camera.

Shooting in low light with a canon rebel xt

Hello parr_alp,
Please keep in mind that when shooting in low light, you will ALWAYS get some amount of blur when you are hand holding the camera unless you use a flash. The only way to increase your shutter speed is to crank up your ISO setting to 800, 1200, 1600, etc. If there is no tripod handy, brace yourself against a stationary object and remember to keep your elbows tucked down near your body when shooting (no sense in holding up your arms, too).
There is no way to increase the ISO limits of your camera while maintaining quality of your images. And once again, you will ALWAYS get a certain amount of blur when hand holding the camera.
The external flash not firing is an entirely separate issue. This could have to do with your metering, a bad flash, bad connection in the hot shoe, what shooting mode you're in — the possibilities are numerous. The next time your flash doesn't work, write down all the settings of your camera and keep track of them (i.e. shooting mode, metering mode, flash settings, current lighting situations, etc.) You may start to notice a pattern and perhaps we can help you here.
Anyway, happy shooting, and if this response was helpful, please rate it! Thank you!

If the photo shoot out show white , the obscure (quality variation), and even horizontal line ( white lines), and so on over-exposure cases, even if the use of anti-tremor, set to default values are invalid, because the camera shutter fault.

It's need repair camera machine shutter.

3. press the shutter to start shooting video
4. press shutter again to stop shooting

Dime

Hmmm, for recording videos you just have to go to the movie mode and press the button
Photographies doesn't seem proper because of all the black dots on the LCD screen, once on the computer, they're good.
And maybe you can't record videos cuz you don't have a memory stick and you're trying to record on 640 MP fine quality. For that you have to get more than 128 mb on your memory stick.

PowerShot A70

This comes up when the lens sticks. Try removing the colar around the lens, then turn the camera on/off and give it a "little help" to open or close, it's probably just a little stuck

Casio EX-Z57 Flash not working

Try resetting your camera and see if that helps. Sometimes it does. In REC mode press menu go to setup tab go up to reset press right arrow & highlight reset press set. If that doesn't work you are probably going to have to send it in.
