Raise up the mower to give yourself access to the blades from the bottom side of the deck. Using a breaker bar or long ratchet and socket, remove the nut (either 7/8 or 15/16 can't remember which) and large flat washer from the shaft. Install the new blades in the reverse order.
If the blades turn while you are trying to "break" them free, you can use a small 2x4 block of wood or a c-clamp on the side of the deck to hold the blade from turning until the nut is freed up
