Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
I will need your model number to make sure what type of damper is installed on your model. Most dampers are are either mechanical or electric. Sometimes frost will cause the damper to stick shut. And on the electric models they can also stick shut or malfunction causing temperatures to not regulate properly inside the fresh food section. also defrosting the freezer manually and removing the rear panel and looking into the damper from the inside of the freezer will show what has caused the damper to stick. Let me know your model number and I will assist you with your repair, Thanks, Sea Breeze
