Question about Sony KDF-E55A20 55 in. LCD Television
Its appears that the Optical block of the TV is affected and needs to replaced. I hope you have tried with different cables and different inputs also along with different video source. Please reset the TV by disconnecting the power from the wall outlet for a minute and then reconnect the power cord. After that try to view the channels. If the issue persists, please contact Sony to get the TV repaired under optical block extended warranty. FYI: Sony has ended the warranty however, call 800-222-7669 to discuss about the free repair
