Question about HTC Touch P3450 Smartphone
Unit has been fully charged, and is still on the charger. I press power on, It boots up, gets to the main window (time is displayed) and about 5 seconds later it powers down.
I have to remove the battery, charge it again, and it then does the same thing. It will not stay powered on.
Suspect a bad battery, but do not have a spare to test with.
My guess is a defective battery. Might have to send it back to your carrier and get a replacement. Or go to one of your carriers stores and have them take a look at it.
