here is a link to the drivers for your camera - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-48406-1&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=1842189&os=228&lang=en - I don't know if that will help you - the link is for the XP drivers. Also check your bios settings for anything referring to your web cam being disabled. Let me know and I will help if this doesn't work.
