Question about JVC Everio GZ-MG21 Camcorder
Assuming that the actual battery is in good condition - Check the battery terminals are not damaged, bent, missing or dirty. Clean them with a little isopropyl alcohol or tape head cleaner - do not use any oil based cleaner or switch cleaner aerosol. make sure the terminals are not crushed or pushed in. If all that is OK then you most likely have a problem with to internal / external power supply detector and this will need replacing at a service centre. My last visit with a similar problem cost me approx $120 / £75.
