Question about Sony NWZB135F MP3 Player
My player hangs after even after a reset, no key resonds, cannot be recognised on my PC (it worked previously)... It all may be caused by too mäny files (8000) loaded in... Please help if you can!
I suggest that you reset the Player and try. If the issue persists, you may have to backup all the songs and perform format. Format will delete all the contents in the player and later you can transfer the required songs.
To reset, keep the player on and press the reset button near the strap hole. To format, please select Settings, Common settings and select format. NOTE: take a backup before formatting and also don't format using the computer

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
