Could either remove the wheel have it stripped or re-chromed . or use matching chrome paint to touch up the damage caused by the curb.

Hello, this sensor is located in the exhaust manifold near the radiator and easily visible from the top, it has one wire connecting it to the wire harness, you will need a special O2 sensor socket to remove it.

Have experienced problems with x-type ally wheels being dented, but not tyre damage. This can lead to hub bearing problems. Have herd alloy material is soft and the wheels are not fit for purpose. any...

Although alloy wheels are softer than steel, chrome and aluminum wheels, there are no reports to confirm they should not or cannot be used. wheels are dented due to impacts such as hitting a curb or getting in an accident.

I hit a curb on the back driver side and now the wheel is bent what parts would i have to repair

It may be that you'll luck out with just a wheel change. Depends on how hard you hit the curb. If it got hit hard enough it can damage more, but the way to tell is to mount a straight wheel (pick one up at a wrecking yard for 1/2 the price of a new one). Then mount your tire on the wheel, put it on the lugs with the tire still in the air, give it a good spin and watch the tracking. Chances should be pretty good that you'll only need the wheel..

I hit a curb and it's not working properly..

best advice at this time is to jack up both front wheels and support vehicle on stands! then remove wheels and check/compare damage with the undamaged side as to what damage has been done? then either come back with info ? for advice or have a competant mechanic localy? advise you ? i do appreciate you wish to save $$$$s in diy and you feel confident and wish to do the repair/s saving on garage labour costs but when job is done you will need to have steering tracking etc recheck hope this helps and wish you luck !

Vibrating steering wheel when the speed is above 70 mph

The wheel having been rotated to the rear of the car would eliminate it as the problem. I believe you may have 'tweeked' something when you hit the curb. Have a front end alignment. This would reveal if anything was damaged when the curb was hit, and it might just be in need of an adjustment to solve the problem. If a component was damaged, the tech should know when doing the alignment. Let me know how you make out.

Chrome scratched by Detailers

I would not recommend trying to polish it. It is "chrome plated" plastic. There is a very thin delicate layer of this chroming on the plastic part. Even gentle polishing, which wouldn't remove all of the scratches, could possibly remove the chrome down to the plastic. I would hold them to the coals and make them buy a new piece. If you are worried about the detailers installing it correctly, insist they pay the dealer to install it.

Hydro planed and rear wheel hit curb, bent in 45 degrees

on rear wheel drive the hub and bearing assembly is connected to an axle.the axle will have to be replaced more than likely.in a front wheel drive with independent rear suspension,an upper and or lower control arm and hub.either way is expensive and your insurance deductible will be alot cheaper than the 2500 to 3000 dollars it will take to repair it.
