Samsung E250 Headphone Problem

Hello, I am having problems with my Samsung E250's headphones. When I connect them to the phone itself and try to play music through them, I only get a portion of the sound and it appears really distorted. It works fine without the headphones in. I'm just wondering if its a fault with the headphones or with the phone.
Many thanks,

Hello: I have had my ipod touch for a long time now no problem until now.....i have ipod touch 3G 32gb and whenever i listen to music....and i put my headphones in the jack. If i move the ipod itself like...

smoething like that happened to me. do you wrap your headphones around the Ipod when you're not using it? The connections inside the headset can break if you do that, and if its not the headset, then it is likely that something in the general vincinity of the headphone jack is loose.

I want to use the headphones for my samsung moment and I plug in the headphones and they don't work..and I looked on the settings and couldn't find anything about the headphones..please help

Is that a Samsung headphone that came with your phone? If yes, the first thing that you must do is to connect the headphone into different Samsung phone to make sure that the headphone is not defective.

As far as I believe, Samsung phones should auto detect the headphone once connected. If the phone is not detecting the headphone, then the headphone could be defective.

Try it first, then give me an update.

Thank you and good luck!

No music playing in headphones

Hello.
Try to adjust the headphone.
Check if it is connected properly.
If it still doesn't work, try to check the headphone on other devices.
If the headphone is working on other devices, your MP3 headphone jack has some problem.
But if the headphone is not working on other devices, you should get new headphone or you can try other headphone (besides your current one) on your MP3.

hope it helps.

Cant hear anything when i answer the phone . the person ringing me can hear fine.

In order to check your mobiles capability to modulate sound just put your headphone. If you are able to hear the speech through headphone then the problem is with your speaker. If unable to get the speech the problem is with main pcb itself and to repair that you will have to go to service center it will be costly but if you are able to hear through headphone then it will be cheap.

No sound without headphones

i had the same prob. just try blowing into the headphone jack or unplugging and plugging back in the headphones into the headphone jack a couple of times. there must be some sort of problem with the headphone jack that makes the phone think that the headphones are still in or something.
