Question about Computers & Internet
Greg, Your DVD player read some disks means that it is fine, but does not read other discs means that those discs are faulty and can not be read by your player. Please open the disc tray and you will find a very small shiny circle on a movable piece. This is the read/write head. Clean it with a very softcloth dipped in alcohol. Even whiskey would do. Also before inserting a disc in the player make it a habit to clean the disc with a very sift cloth (dry). Clean in straight lines at 90 degrees to each other, never in circularfashion.
