acer aspire 3620, no disc detected problem. have checked device manager etc, did roll back, uninstall, reinstall. keeps saying device is working properly but everytime i put a disc in, nothing happens.

Hello,

If you cant see it on your "Device Manager" it means that your Disc Driver is fault and need to be replaced
