Question about Pioneer DVR-111 DVD±RW Dual Layer Burner
Could be any number of things.
1. Bad burner; replace the burner.
2. Power supply not putting out enough voltage. Check with voltmeter and replace as necessary.
3. Auto notifications are turned off in windows. Turn them back on.
4. You are not writing an "autorun.inf" file to the main directory on the disc.
