Question about Balance CM2017 17" Monitor
I recently came up with the same problem with my player model san20084. After using my old set of headphone which worked, I decided to try as a test with the new headphones that came with
the san20084 package and got the same problem as you did. So if
it is what I think then it just might be your headphones, so as a test
try to use a different set of headphones.

If u mean that only left or right channel has audio, then u need to right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right corner, go to properties, in the pannel you can see the balance controls..let me know
