Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
Yesterday my laptop had a pop up from Total Security, it completely shut down my computer and kept reporting several problems that they would fix if I only paid their $99 fee to do so. I have current virus protection and it over wrote or disabled my software. Now my computer will not start up, I have been running the start up repair program for 12 hours unsuccesfully. I do not want to lose my data and need access to my laptop. Can you please help!!!
You have a virus or a few you need to reinstall or it will get worse and you will end up haveing a dead laptop
