Please contact Sony PAS to get the capture button at 1-800-488-SONY (7669)

Phone Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 12 am (Midnight) ET
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 am to 8:00 pm ET

Once you get the button, contact any local dealer or service center to fix the issue. Its better to contact dealer instead of sending for sony as the repair cost is more

Cant find the input button.

You should look for the user manual for your device. It should provide guidance to controls and cables. That guide may be on the brand site where you would try to track it through the model number. It is usually helpful to post the device, brand and model number so that a volunteer may provide better feedback. That said, here is a bit of information that may help. The remote with your TV may have a menu button which permits you to access settings. There are a number of "cable" choices within those settings. One permits input from the DVD player. Another permits input from cable/DISH TV. One permits input through a special high quality cable HDMI. If you pick the wrong one, you do not have a picture. You select these by scrolling with the up and down arrows and hitting the OK button. Let's say you find the selection for the DVD. You have to remember that you have been changing settings on the TV. Your remote will not control your DVD player (or DVR) unless you have pressed the button on the remote that changes it to a remote for such. Those buttons are usually at the top. And even if you do, the remote may still not control the DVD/DVR unless it has been programmed for that brand/model of DVD/DVR player. And you have to do that through the settings button on the remote. That usually requires you have the manual that provides the codes for a long list of products. But you may be able to use physical buttons on the player meanwhile, after you have setup the TV to receive the signal from that device as mentioned at the beginning.

Check TCP/IP filtering properties: Open TCP/IP properties of the
connection, Advanced button, Options tab, TCP/IP filtering properties.
If filtering is enabled, change all to permit all instead of permit
only. save the changes and then return to disable filtering.

I Lost picture. Went to press mute button on remote and pressed last button instead. Now i can't get picture back.

If you hit the "last" button again, it should take you back to the channel you were on before you hit the button. when you lost the picture, was the screen blue? black? If you hit the "menu" button, does the menu come up?

I lost Installation Dish for my DLink WRB1310 Wireless Router, Please help.

To configure the unit on the label there is an IP address and a login name and password that will permit you to open the door.
If the password has been changed there is a reset button somewhere on the backside resessed in accessable with a ballpoint pen.
The CD just makes this process supposedly easier.

There may be firmware updates fir the unit

Hi I have just bought an HP Photosmart M627. It seems to switch itself off without any warning if I don't take a picture straight away. The on/off button remains lit though, so is this power saving or do I...

This sounds like power saving...some cameras allow you to set the time for power down. Go into the menu and see if you can find anything that would permit you to do that.

Do the nslookup for the three websites and write an access list to permit the traffic only to the said website ip addresses

Eg.

1. go to dos prompt

2. type "nslookup"

Note : You will get the ip address of the websites
