DRYER TIMER CYCLES AFTER START BUTTON PUSH, BUT IT DOES'NT START DRYER. AFTER TIMER REACHES COOL DOWN CYCLE IT WILL SOMETIME START ON ITS OWN. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH STARTING BEFORE & WIGGLING TIMER SEEMED TO HELP. WOULD IT BE LOGICAL TO JUST CHANGE THE TIMER?
