APPEARS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS CAMERA.
The internal contact to the LCD screen is loose. Grab the camera using both hands with thumb and index fingers on bottom corners. (usually the left bottom corner) Squeeze hard! Voila! You will be doing this occaisonally as it drops out.

Please make sure that the battery is fully charged. check if there is a settings to reduce the lcd brightness. If not try to decrease the white balance and exposure value.
Check if you are able to access the Menu. If yes, then, please Initialize the camera under Main settings 1 Menu. If you are not able to access the menu, you may have to power reset the camera by removing the battery and press n hold the power button for 1 minute continuously. After that leave the button and insert the battery and check if it helps. If the issue still persists, your camera will require service.

Camera takes blue photos

You sure you did put the camera to fully automatic? Because I don't know what model you have, I can't check the manual, to see if you could adjust the white balance. It has not much to do with ISO, but with white balance. Sure you did not select something like scene inside. or scene in tungsten?

Picturess are too green

there are advanced color correction modes,
Blue or dark pictures/videos
Keep your shooting distance inside of 2ft to 3ft, depending on
visibility and ambient light.
If you are using only one light, considering adding another light
(dual lights) or/and external flash accessory. The ideal
set-up is a combination of a light plus flash.
Consider purchasing the SeaLife Wide Angle Lens (SL975). The
fisheye lens allows you to get closer to the subject and fit more
into to picture frame.

For SeaLife camera with external light accessory (No external flash):
1) Set the camera's scene mode to Sea mode or Snorkel mode
2) Change camera's PHOTO and VIDEO White Balance
settings to DAYLIGHT.
For SeaLife camera with external light and flash accessories:
1) Set the scene mode to Ext. Flash mode
2) Change the VIDEO White Balance setting to DAYLIGHT.
For other underwater camera brands:
1) Set the Scene mode to "Auto" or "Underwater" scene
mode, as recommended by the camera manufacturer.
2) You may also need to change the White Balance setting to
DAYLIGHT depending on the camera's underwater color
correction or if pictures/video turns out red.

Voire 46" plasma tv- best color settings, to much white

The proper way to set flat screen tv's is opposite of old school CRT tv. First, find a movie with dark scenes and pause on a really dark part. Now set brightness only high enough to see some detail - no more. then go to a really bright scene and set contrast just high enough for good brightness. You may need to go back and forth a few times to get good setting.

My polaroid iS2132 won't change settings when I turn the mode dial/Can't set the intelligent scene mode.

When you put the Mode dail to the SCN mode, It will enter the last used Scene mode. THEN press the MENU button to select other scene mode.
Don't turn any dail. Use the navigation controls left and right from the OK button, to move through the section. Press OK button to save and activate the selected scene mode.
Success

How to get b & w pictures from my Nikon P 300 digital camera?

There are two monochrome modes available among the Special Effects in the Scene modes. They are Nostalgic Sepia and High Contrast Monochrome. Full details are in the Scene/Special Effect section of the manual (page 56 in my copy). There's also a Black and White Copy mode (page 54). If you need a manual, you may download a copy here.
In general you're better off shooting in color and converting to black&white using a photo editor on a computer. This gives you much more control over factors such as contrast and luminance.

It seems like most of my indoor pictures are either dark or has a redish color to the pictures. I took pictures on the auto settings for the scenes. Then I tried the party scene. But all seems pretty dark....

Make sure your options are reset to factory default just to make sure some option has not been changed by accident, like white balance or others, then make some test shots. If that doesn't correct the problem, here are some more suggestions.

I am not sure what you are taking photos of, portraits, the entire room, etc. However, I would try a manual setting with and ISO of around 800 for a few frames, then try the museum setting in the scene menu. See what the results of those are. Also try the portrait selection for items or people that are fairly close. You have to be sure you have read your manual and became familiar with the camera. Most people that have reviewed your camera's model have stated it is pretty good in low light, but the flash is somewhat weak. Light is the secret to good photographs with a standard point and shoot. The camera you have has quite a few good options and should work fairly well in low light if on the correct setting.

Whitebalanc; red cast over pictures

Greetings...

The red or orange cast comes from a warm light source since you have the auto white blance off...

Got to your menu and turn the auto white blance back on and then try taking the same picture under the same lighting and see if that corrects your problem...
