click start , click devices and printers, right click printer image, click trouble shoot and follow directions.

If trouble-shooting in the Cannon software does not describe the codes and their fixes, go to support at cannon.com. Enter your model number and go to trouble-shooting there. You should find your fix there.

PAPER NOT RECIVE


Paper not picking up?..shoot print command and observe printer trying to grabbing the paper?..see any marks on paper leading edge? Remove cartridge and see inside paper pick up roller,might be its dusty or warn out, remove the pick up roller releasing the side locks, clean with wet cloth, fix it back then try once, if its success..end the process.. if not replace pick up roller..observe similar kind of machine: 2_4_2012_9_32_43_am.gif2_4_2012_9_33_08_am.jpg

Analyse what type of jam it is...based on that we can shoot the trouble.1. Paper is jamming before entry in fuser and its folds like curl in the cartridge area.. A. Fuser Teflon sleeve not rotating or slow rotation results media(paper)unable to reached the destination in specified interval. Replace fuser assm or Teflon sleeve.2. Paper jamming after fuser assembly crossed little bit ( approx 1-2 inch).A. Clean fuser out paper sensor, check sensor flag & flag spring located in fuser assm.3. Paper jammed after fuser crossed more than 6 inches..A. Check paper pick up roller warn out(tray1 or 2), check registration sensor located under registration assm.How to remove fuser assm: remove back door, see the snap shot...

Load paper, give print command verify weather pick up roller trying to pick paper?.. >if yes check pick up roller surface feel smooth?, replace it.. >if no remove right,left and back covers, check solenoid jammed? release it.shoot print command check> if solenoid not acting replace it and verify..

Hp laserjet 3052 all-in-one printer when i will give print the paper it's not pickup


Was printer trying to picking up the paper,if yes check the pick up roller, if not open back cover check solenoid acting or not, if not acting shoot the obstruction.

Check Tay2 paper sensor flag, located at tray2 pick up roller, its its stucked shoot the fault

The printer won't pick up the paper. there is plenty of paper in the feeder but the printer says the feeder is empty


take all paper out, put half as much back in?
unplug, wait one minute, plug back in, might reset.
lastly, hp has an awesome trouble shooting site, check this out.
