If USB is enabled in BIOS or EFI but the USB host controller does not appear in Device Manager (under Universal Serial Bus controllers), or a yellow warning icon appears next to the host controller name, then the version of BIOS or EFI may be outdated. First, please disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:

Click "Start" button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the "Search" bar and press "Enter". Click "Continue" if necessary.

When I plug my USB mouse it dosnt work. what should I have to do?

Make sure whether USB ports are working fine or not. Or go to BIOS and check usb devices options enabled. If its enabled , restart your PC. Right click on My computer and go to manage and check device manager. If you see any yellow mark near usb devices or usb root hub you need to install chipset driver for your system mother board. If you are seeing any red mark near usb devices or USB root hub, right click on that and enable the device. If there is no mark and still your mouse doesn't work, issue with either USB ports on mother board or usb mouse.

Disable plug & play from BIOS. Now re-install the game and the required driver. From Control Panel--systems--Device Manager, check the properties of the Graphics card drivers and check if there is any clash of resources, if so then allot it manually. Hope this works....sodeep
