Question about Zebra 170XiIIIPlus Thermal Label Printer
Hi, we have a Zebra Printer model 170XiIII Plus that whenever I print a label the prints image gets cut at the bottom margin even though there is still a lot of space on the label.
Is this a media calibration problem, I have done calibration including the "Media and Ribbon Calibration" for so many times but to no avail ?
The max media length is at default value which is -39.0 in or 988mm is this okay?
I really appreciate if you can give me some advice on how to fix this issue.
Check to see if the Backfeed is set to default.
Also, check to see what mode the printer is in, if it is in rewind, the printer will not backfeed to print that portion of the label.
