Question about Canon PowerShot SD750 / IXUS 75 Digital Camera
I have a Canon SD750 Powershot. The camera was like new until I ran it through the washer and dryer. Now it will not turn on and the lens cover is not fully closed. Can I repair it myself, is it worth sending someplace for repair, or is it only good for part?...it no longer covered by a warranty.
Sorry for your loss! Try a claim for replacement through your home insurance policy. However if you have a large excess it may not be worth it. But this camaera will never be any good now , too much water that would have shorted out the board, and also corrosion will now set in.
