Question about Cameras
Same exact issues as stated by previous person. Lens stuck in out position. Black screen. Taking battery out and then putting back in does nothing to change outcome. There is power. When putting battery back in you get a note telling you battery door is open. When you close it the camera will do nothing. Black screen, lens out, no buttons work. Nothing. Camera is only about 3 months old.
Unless it's a generic problem with this model. Lens out and not moving usually means it has been damaged by a knock or has grit/sand in it. When exactly did it stop working, you must know as the lens was out, hence it was on when it stopped working.
