How to deal with paper jam in OKI c5750 printer

If you have already looked here and done this then I would suggest: -Open and close the rear cover. -Pull out and replace each of the toner cartridges. -Pull out the duplexer, ensure it is clear of jams and replace. -Pull out each of the paper trays (including the manual tray), ensure paper is installed correctly and replace. -Close the top cover. Per Okidata this has to be done last or else you will continue to see a jam error. -Try unplugging the printer and letting it set for a few minutes and retry. If that fails you might try purchasing a can of air from the computer store (about $3) and blow out the paper path to clear any paper or dust that may be blocking an optical sensor.

This printer is designed with a dual toner/drum chamber. Do not separate these two parts. Upon opening the lid, you will find the toner/drum assembly right in front of you. Pick it up with both hands and pull straight up. After that, you should be able to take the jammed papers. Know this: once a paper is jammed, printing another paper will NEVER take the first out. Just make sure to remove the complete papers. If they break, make sure you extract all the pieces.

Health and Safety get an engineer to do it for you. if you have warranty call them out. check your total page count and diagnostics via printer status page before you call them out.

your getting a 383 paper jam, find paper in two different places.
See if it's a duplex related problem. print single sided documents, if that works, try printing two sided documents (it'll be the duplexer) if it only fails while printing duplex.

Also, check the back door. Make sure the back exit tray is closed all the way.

You can also have a paper jam in the duplex unit (open the front door), the duplex unit slides out the front. You can easily remove the duplex unit and run the printer without it.
