This may be Windows problem and not MS Office's. Windows, it seems has created a user and an administrator. The admin has the rights for installing new SW and not the users. Check it up and login as administrator. then you will be able to install all that you want.

Probably you had a trial version which expired already and some features of the program aren-t available anymore ...reinstall the program ..or better look for a 2003 version cause in my opinion has all it needs to be a great program and I always found it enough for my needs...

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Windows cannot access specified device path or file you may not have the appropriate permissions

Is your account an "administrator" account? This is important in 7 as well as Vista.

Also, did you install whatever it was to an external drive? If so, Windows 7 is bad about changing drive letters of external hard disks every time you restart. If this is the case, click your start orb and right click on "Computer" then left click on "Manage."

In the left pane, there will be "Disk Management." Click on it and give it a second for everything to populate. There are a list of all your drives in the middle towards the bottom. You can right click in their partitions and left click "change drive letter." From there you can change them back to what they where before and things will start working again.

As far as permissions go, they're a pain if you change stuff over manually. But, there is an easy way if you know specifically what folder or file you need permissions to use:
Add Take Ownership to Explorer Right Click Menu in Win 7 8 or Vista
This will add a right click context item where you can seize permissions quick like. It's SUPER handy.
