when i open the printer makes the cleaning circle and over the cleaning pad the printhead stops and the paper and inks lights started flasing

Try powering off, unplugging waiting a couple and then powering up again, this will reset the sensor which is reporting a problem but it wont correct the problem

see page 64 in the user manual
