Use Google to search for the Malware Bytes programme. Download it and scan your computer. It should find all malware located on your machine and remove it. It is a free programme.

There are lot of online virus scanners, you can try anyone of them in cleaning your system trojan and malware progrms, if you were not able to run any antivirus scanner

If you can install antivrus, just dwnload avast home edition for free, update the database and perform a STARTUP SCAN, which removes all the virus while the system gets booted up
