From my extensive experience trial and error can sometimes be the best solution here, never had any shorts with this solutution. plug the power supply onto the mboard then with a screw driver touch together two pins at a time on themboard following a the pins on the panel horizontally, when you touch together the right two pins your mboard will power-up then insert the on-off plug on those two pins 99.9% of the time they are plugged facing inwards (the writing on the plug faces towards the major part of the mboard) after that you can insert the led plugs by the same consept of trial and error. You must plug your harddriver to your board to find the hdd led because then it will flicker when found the power led will remain on constantly. with the resert button the 99.9% of the time the pins are directly below, above or adjacent to the power-on pins. when it comes to the usb pins check-

they are in this order above if the spare pin is on the right. starting from left to right, starting with the top row insert - red - white - green - black. the same works for the bottom row.
