My zen neeon stucks on the creative logo

Leave it alone for a while, then try reinstalling the Zen Program, then plug it in, then rest it, then try to switch it on. It worked for me

After i format my 'Creative Zen Neeon', the program file seem to have been erased and i cant play songss with it anymore.HOW? help me! anyone can send me information and the program files for the MP3?

remove music and reformat then put music again

your neeon may have some virus.. go creative shop and troubleshoot.. i did that n it worked.. but now it hanged.. kaysiao areadi..

Zen neeon, lock switch doesn't work. When I turn it on it shows a "PLAYER LOCKED" icon for a short time and then turns off.

You firstly should make sure about you dont have some autorun virus in your player.I had the same problem and i fortunately discovered an autorun virus in my player.I cleaned it and i started it in recovery mode.then i updated the firmware.it began working.you should try that.you can find the firmware upgrade program on creatives website.Good luck.
