i have an hp compaq presario cq60, which i bought a few days ago. yesterday i got an error on my cd rom which says,"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)", although the driver is up to date. what should I do?

Delete the UpperFilters.and LowerFilters.values as mention on the page given below and restart the Computer to resolve the issue.
