I just want to know how to get the videos and cameras computer and why their is no sound when i veiw them on the camera

can play your cassette? if the picture is clear in play back mode,then there may be problem with the image sensor (CCD) in the camera,open the camera, measure the voltage at the CCD board if the voltage is not correct check the fuses on the mother board.

Are you trying to have two different cameras write to the same card? That is a terrible idea. It's not that unusual for a camera to have trouble writing to a card that it didn't format. Use a separate card for each camera, and have the camera format that card before use and after each time you download the photos to your computer.

Hi, Since the lines are on the photos even on the computer that would indicate that there's a problem with the camera's sensor (what records the image) and not the lcd on the back of the camera. The sensor could be replaced but often times the cost of the sensor plus the labour costs more then the camera.

in Canon Cameras, there's one thing you should keep in consideration:

if you take the photos off the card (or even edited them on the card), the camera won't accept to read them anymore.

you need to format the card on your PC (using the canon software) and then reformat it on the camera.

Is your internet connection high speed? Also, is the recipient's computer an older computer with little memory and processing power?

You have to up load it from the camera to a folder on your PC then use RealPlayer or Windows media player or other software to veiw it.

ummm we had the same problem and we had to push it in hareder but then the pic didnt even sound good
