My u-line 75rfb-00 refrigerator wont get cold the light comes on the motor sounds as if its working but it only gets cool not cold ?

Then you need to see if the compressor is running or is it the fan? You migh be hearing the compressor come on for a short while. The fan might not be running. Replace the fan if its not running
