Mak sure you have installed the drivers correctly. to know, you cna go to device manager, by clicking start, click control panel, click system, click hardware, then device manager, do you see any yellow exclamation mark or red X? if one of those say network adapter or ethernet adapter then the driver is not installed. if you cant see any yellow exclamation point or mark. all drivers are installed.
