Trying to backup my iphone. What does this mean?

It means all your pictues, music or files you downloaded will not be deleted. I had my phone contacts deleted when the cable guy came to change my cable box and modem. Once it was changed and a new password also deleted my contacts from my cell phone. So back up your cell phone also. On your cell phone click on "Contacts" once you see your contacts, click on the bottom of with box @ lines, then you will a "cloud" @ "backups." Click on that and all yourdata will be saved on the cloud. And you won't lose your items.

I have a nokia 5310 cell phone. i manage to do all the necessary things to reset the setting ive even hard reset. then i tried to see if it already done, still the error message storage not ready then all...

there's an error "storage not ready" on your nokia 5310? remove battery, the sim card and the micro sd card, leave it like that for a minute or two then put everything back in. ones it turns on, and if still gives the same error message, dont do anything and leave it like that for atleast 5 minutes. if its still like that, try putting removing the micro sd card (memory card) and turn it back on. if it still gives the same error message, its already the phone (unit) that needs to be checked by your local technician.

post back if you still have questions! =)

Music downloaded from my pc want show in my phone once the card is incerted back in the slot, how ever it's shows the the music is there once the card is placed back in the computer. what can i try? waht...

While the card is in your computer, you need to make sure the music you downloaded is in the right folder on the card. I can't recall what the name of the folder is off-hand, but I think it is called My Music or something similiar.

Try this, connect the card to your pc and look at the folder names. Move the music into the folder that is named 'My Music' or something similiar. If you already have music on your phone, then put the downloaded music in that same folder. Then put the card back into your phone and the downloaded music should appear.

I/O device error

Try deleting the desktop software you use to transfer your music files.

Once your have completed that, reinstall the software and try once again. If your still experiencing errors, check the official website for any software updates for both the "desktop software" and your mobile device.

Hope this can be of some assistance. Thanks!

Memory full error

If this is for a Verizon phone:
Menu -> Messaging -> Settings -> All Msg -> Auto Erase

Set it to on and select OK.

If you go back in and set it back to off, you should now be able to send text messages!

Error message M506

I also had this problem and thought my music players were broken. The media players displayed the songs as 00:00:00 even when the file info read that it took up space and had a song length. The music player displayed that m506 error message.

I looked through forms for an answer, and I noticed I didn't try messing with one thing: THE BATTERY.

Try taking the battery out of your phone and putting it back in. It worked for me! My music players work again!
